Every crew member clears a national background check plus a TN county check before their first shift. OSHA 10 certification required within 30 days of hire. We can provide signed crew rosters on request for sensitive builds.
Yes. We coordinate with your super and stage our crew around active trades. We prefer final cleans with zero trades present, but we know that's rarely reality — we'll work in cleared zones and re-clean overlap areas at no extra charge.
Net-15 on signed MSA with lien waiver on every invoice. ACH preferred. First job with a new GC is typically net-on-completion until terms are established; after that standard net-15. No progress billing — we bill on phase completion.
