The sooner the better, but honestly — we can usually make it work with 48 hours notice. If you have a closing date locked, book the week before. If closing moves, we reschedule for free. Peak season (May–August) fills up faster, so a week's notice is safest.
Empty is ideal — we clean every surface, and boxes make that harder. That said, plenty of our clients have movers arriving the same day. We'll clean around you, or clean room-by-room as movers finish. Just let us know the plan and we'll adjust.
Tell us before we leave, or within 48 hours. We come back free and re-clean whatever isn't right — no questions, no re-quote. This is a guarantee, not a sales pitch. We'd rather spend an extra hour than lose a referral.

Yes — that's the whole point. Inside the fridge, oven, dishwasher filter, microwave, range hood, garbage disposal. It's all in the 87-point list, all included in the flat price. Many cleaners charge extra. We don't.
Interior windows are included. Exterior windows, garage deep clean, and carpet shampoo are optional add-ons quoted at booking — typically $80–$220 depending on home size. Ask us and we'll walk you through what's worth it.
