What's your insurance situation?

$2M general liability, workers' comp, commercial auto. COI issued to your GC entity with additional-insured endorsement delivered within 24 hours of booking. We carry hold-harmless and additional-insured language pre-built.

Do you provide lien waivers?

Yes. Conditional waiver on progress, unconditional on payment, every invoice. We file Tennessee statutory form or match your template — whatever your title company requires.

What's your typical crew size?

Minimum 3 techs on final cleans regardless of square footage. Scaled up to 4–6 on 3,500+ sqft builds, 6+ on commercial. One lead on every crew who signs off the punch-list photo report.

Are your techs background-checked?

Every crew member clears a national background check plus a TN county check before their first shift. OSHA 10 certification required within 30 days of hire. We can provide signed crew rosters on request for sensitive builds.

Can you work around trades still on site?

Yes. We coordinate with your super and stage our crew around active trades. We prefer final cleans with zero trades present, but we know that's rarely reality — we'll work in cleared zones and re-clean overlap areas at no extra charge.

What are your payment terms?

Net-15 on signed MSA with lien waiver on every invoice. ACH preferred. First job with a new GC is typically net-on-completion until terms are established; after that standard net-15. No progress billing — we bill on phase completion.
